Actually, Mr. Insider, the reason the "Little Guys" were targeted was because this was a State Prosecution, not a Federal one, and was pursued under the ambit of the Obscenety Laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. The Feds are the ones gunning for Jeff, Max and the Harbs.
