I knew I had seen it somewhere but the CNN article made me do a double-take, and I wanted a cite to back my original post.

If one of those transplant recipients infects someone the victim is going to have a more difficult treatment and shorter life expectancy because of the superinfection (if it's even treatable at all). Illinois is putting politics ahead of science and pubic safety in that bill. Very dumb.
