The brisk, one-hour ceremony drew a small crowd of roughly 100 people. Several of the award-winners were unable to attend but submitted their acceptance speeches in advance, including Hillary Scott, Courtney Cummz, Sunny Lane, Liv Wylder and Travis Knight.

Although the much-hyped appearances of Larry Flynt and Tera Patrick did not take place as announced, Club Jenna honcho Jay Grdina did show up to claim his special award for Visionary of the Year. LFP Video President Michael Klein accepted Flynt's Lifetime Achievement Award on behalf of the Hustler founder. Patrick, named Mainstream Crossover Star of the Year, was unable to attend due to a prior commitment.

Also in attendance: The ubiquitous Lori Lust and manager Craig Stevens; Mia Rose; Rita Faltoyano; Syren; Shy Love and Adult Talent Management hotties McKenzie Michelle, Cameron Kiss, Tabatha Tucker, and Megan Reece; Vanilla Skye; Nautica Thorn and Robert Mora; Dale DaBone; Tee Reel; Dennis D.; Gwen Diamond; Bianca Dagger; Claire Danes; Teravision director Sancho; Jeff Mullen; Steve-O of "Jackass" infamy (mingling with porn stars at the nearby Rainbow Room); and many more. Performer Cleopatra of the Nile introduced all the presenters.
