PS. I still wouldn't be shocked if it turns out to be a sleazy photog who padding his stock photos, but far more likely TVX just saved money grabbing a freebie off the Internet sans release. No telling where they found it...

If TVX actually has a model release from having bought that photo, then they have a shot of surviving unless the release she sent the art website was unusually narrow. Most such sites use as broad a release as possible to protect themselves.

There's a lot of sleaze at the bottom of the photo market. Corbis and Getty are expensive - that pic alone from either would likely cost more than the entire production budget of this release - but it saves you from this kind of fiasco.
