Maybe not. Where did TVX get that pic? They didn't snap that on a beach or anything.

I'm betting TVX bought that photo stock from a photographer, and that they've got a model release for it.

The girl is probably in the US on vacation and goes to a glamor photographer. Photog tells trusting foreign parents he needs written permission to legally shoot minors and hands them a standard model release ... as soon as they leave with their pics the negatives go into his stock collection.

Who knows? But there's a good chance TVX did nothing wrong and that the photographer is the one at fault, and it's possible that all the paperwork is in place end to end and that *nobody* is in trouble.
