Affirmative Action clearly needs review. But, as anyone who has had to prepare reports on these statistics knows, it doesn't only include AfrAmer but women, asians, native-americans, hispanics, etc.

The law is 40+ years old. We deserve to see the status of this legislation after all this time. And, if it has worked for some classes (IMO women & asians), pull those classes from the "program" and if it hasn't worked for others evaluate the reasons and whether AffAct, since it had a long run, is the best way to address the problems going forward.
