I haven't actually heard any of his rap lyrics, But based on the way he carries himself when not rapping (and before he started wearing all that stupid bling), he seems like he comes from good lower-middle class or middle class roots. If you are black like me, you can pick up those things in other blacks.

Astute white observers can pick this up as well -- those that don't lump all black people into one neat category.

EDIT: I just watched the video you linked -- LOL! I love it when the director/producer guy makes like he is snapping his own neck to escape the madness1
