Do you really think that this guy isn't going to go after Porn?




Rudy was US Attorney for the Eastern District of NY and Mayor of NY each for nearly a decade, yet i can't recall even a single prosecution for obscenity under his watch. He took steps to make sure that porn was in the home and not out in the street where children could see it. I think that made sense. So I think his record makes it unlikely he will go after porn.



I HATE Rudy for a variety of reasons, but the REAL reason he took on porn businesses in NY was to clear out areas, like 42nd st, for other businesses to move in. There were [and are] still porn places in NY.

Dem or Rep, each has an "emphasis" for his/her prosecutions. Rudy focused on Organized Crime. In NJ under Clinton it was political corruption [the entire Democratic Organization of Hudson County went down].

I agree that Rudy's won't be porn. I don't think Hillary's would be either. Romney ... well ....
