Would it help you if I added the word "successful" to the quoted text? It still looks like a shell game to me considering Max and many others are not hit with single count indictments but multiple charges (Max is being tapped with 10 this time). I'm not in a position to verify the stated numbers without wasting much time on it (though they seem to include everything but the kitchen sink in an effort to boost the numbers artificially) but sticking to the porn industry as we know it, there have been only a handful of cases; nothing near the listed numbers mentioned in the article.
