The basis of what Rodney is saying correct, but he is mistaken about the supposed safety of facial cumshots.
If a girl gets some in her eye, then there are millions of tiny blood vessels, capillaries and veins in what is called the 'optic membrane' by which occular HIV transmission is theoretically possible (although as far as I am aware, there have never been any reported cases of it). The risks associated are therefore incredibly low, but given that it is someone's health at stake, I don't see any good reason to roll the dice and shoot facial content with untested performers.
This is why condom-only scenes that end in a facial are bullshit...there is always the possibility that, despite every effort on the part of the male performer to shoot at a certain area of the face, a stray spurt might find some way into the girl's eye, thus negating any supposed extra protection the condom was supposed to offer.
