My understanding is that the "cream" in a creampie is actually pina colada mixture. Inserting a sugar-filled substance in your cooch with a turkey baster will cause irritation and discomfort at best; and at worst, it will cause a yeast infection. So it's best to save the cream for the cooch's hardy neighbor, the poop chute.
