I would think that anal creampies would be the greater risk.

The best CDC estimate I know of says anal sex is 5x riskier. But I don't think they're talking creampies...

My favorites are the ones like Tyla Wynn that state "Creampie (Anal Only)". And Tyla isn't the only one. I guess they don't want to get pregnant?

Anal creampies are more dangerous. I believe the majority of the girls that got HIV from Marc Wallace and Darren James was from anal creampie. I might be wrong but that's what I read.

Don't know about the details of the Wallice outbreak, but the Darren James one was definitely down to anal creampies. It should be noted though that said anal creampies either took place a) in Brazil, shooting bareback with local talent (James contracted HIV from Brazilian starlet Bianca Biaggi, who in turn got it from a tranny) or b) directly after/during double anal penetration (remember, the majority of the cases/transmissions can be traced back to a movie called 'Split That Booty 2' wherein the emphasis is on double anal) or c) a combination of both.

I believe that in the 'Porn Shutdown' documentary that aired, Kayla Marie states that the reason she dodged the bullet on this one is because James came in her pussy and not her ass.

Extreme sex acts like double anal (or excessively rough anal) lead to minute tears and fissures in the anal cavity walls, meaning the chances of fluid to fluid transmission are increased far above the (already sizeable) regular anal creampie risk.

This is why companies like Evil Angel don't shoot anal creampies...John and Tricia have both learnt first hand precisely how risky it can be. It's 100% risk free if neither party has HIV, but if you're shooting in some third world backwater like Brazil where life is cheap and people are more than happy to look the other way, do you really want to roll the dice? The porn industry's previous experience should tell us that the answer is a resounding 'No!'.

But TT Boy and Co. went ahead and did it anyway....and I seriously doubt they will be the last ones either.
