Yes I know. Its still not good enough. It may look good when playing it at its original resolution but as soon as you fullscreen it you'll see blocking & pixelation.
Look, I know you are after a different crowd here. People who only watch porn on thier computer will mostly be fine with the video quality of your clips.
But the true connosieurs who are coming from DVDs won't settle for it. I suggest that you that you offer a HQ tier of downloads (in addition to the regular clips) that encoude the videos at 1800 kilobits/sec or better.
Tritone: Just getting back to you with what Braincash informed me of reggarding varying download speeds.
There are 3 download options: 1. High speed video (700 kbps for wmv files or 650 kbps for mpg files). 2. Low speed video (56 kbps or 128 for wmv files and 350 kbps for mpg files). 3. Full scene downloads are encoded at 2048 kbps which is the same speed as www.inthecrack.com.
Many members do not download the entire scenes and they choose the different parts. For the best resolution, then, try downloading the entire scene. I tried it and it seemed exactly the same as a dvd.
