Checked out the price on hair care products lately? Those items that cater to the blacks out there are twice as expensive as the same items marketed towards whites. Of course, they call it "supply and demand" in mainstream business.....not sure how charging more $$ for IR is any different. If there's a greater demand to see a white petite young thang thugged over by 4 black dudes with horse cocks, she should charge more.
