Is the Officer the victim or barbie? In most sex crime cases, it is against the individual's will. These are 2 consenting adults so it's not a sex crime. Yes immoral and unethical but not criminal.

I was under the impression that in most states, when a cop has you detained or under arrest, you can't consent (ie: that he can't use that as a defense when he pushes his authority). Given the choice of going to jail for years or slobbing some cop's knob, I'm sure a lot of people would prefer the act though...
