Hey Chub Chub, there's a little thing in this country called the First Amendment. Goes something like this:

Maybe you can control what's said on ADT. After all, it's private property and they can do whatever they want with it. But you can't demand that journalists not publish items simply because they make you look bad, or catch you in a lie.

Moreover, there is nothing you or your attorneys can do about the matter. You can't sue for libel, because the truth is an absolute defense against a libel suit. Furthemore, under New York Times Co. v. Sullivan, 376 U.S. 254 (1964), a public figure has to prove both a statement's falsehood and actual malice in making it. By fucking in front of the camera, allowing your likeness to be displayed on the Bodymiricle site and by posting on TER, you are, by definition, a public figure, Chub Chub. So, in the end, You've got nothing.

There's two things I still don't understand. First, why Chub Chub insists on denying her Escort career. Call me dumb, but I would think that, by embracing it, she'd be raking in a lot more dough than she is now.

Second is the curious behavior of Mr. Gene Ross. I've e-mailed him the same information as I did Luke, and as I put up on ADT. Twice. He's repeatedly updated his site since then, but has yet to correct the record. It's obviously in his economic interest to do so, since more hits = more revenue. Yet he insists upon perpetuating this cherade. What's in it for him? Obviously not money. Pussy? I'd think that, even at 60, Gene gets all the porn star pussy he wants, and much finer than Chub Chub. I just don't understand it. Somebody explain this one to me.
