I think a dwarf or midget would be a pretty damn ornery pet. Just look at TT Boy. Imagine trying to catch him in a net? He'd put up quite a struggle and if caged he'd be more loco. Though you could shoot him with a dart of tranquilizers, but not an elephant tranquilizer like pcp. TT Boy dusted would be like the Tasmanian devil.
