If you have that much jack laying around, you don't want to go to the Caymans, you still want to head to Switzerland. It's politically neutral, economically stable, and they are much better capitalized than Cayman banks. Plus it's almost impossible to get your account secrecy lifted unless Mother Teressa has branded you a war criminal.
