We submit the briefs, make oral arguements and then the Judges make their decision in six-to-eight weeks. I know you believe Tyrone is innocent, but the fact is he was convicted of Manslaughter and the law says he has to sit in prison while his appeal is decided. Besides, his Trial Attorney got him off on the Murder charges, so he's ahead of the game."
She's a nice lady but I must tell her the same thing at least once a week. And this is not what we usually do. The criminal work is part of our Pro Bono program. Not that she should be treated any differently than our paying clients. Just that if she didn't get it the first nineteen times, well...
