Guys, relax. This bill isn't going anywhere. I've met the guy who wrote it, Felix Ortiz, several times. (I live in Brooklyn Heights.) Every year or so he writes some crazy bill that never gets out of committee. Last year it was something to do with vegetables in the school lunches. Another year it was Bullying. Felix is a very nice man. He's just a kook, and his colleagues know it. They'll politely give it a reading and bury it. End of story.
