From what I recall of stripper chick Ginger Lee, they already have shit like this in place around many southern cities like Nashville, TN. That was her motivation to go on the road with her shows I believe, because it was a total nuisance to register (which down south is their way of saying "we don't want your kind 'round here") and then they have a 4-6' rule on top of that I'm thinking?
