If they did use true statments to broadcast news about them I don't see how they can get in trouble,

unless it leads to stalking and the porner can prove that it was the result of the person's broadcast.

...I kinda doubt it...as a tangent example, when action movie producers sometimes get sued for the content of their movies 'inspiring others to violence', the lawsuits against them never win, simply becuase this third party was responsible for their own decisions and actions...much like the third party stalker would be responsible for their decisions/ actions...just becuase they had the information, doesn't mean they had to use it for stalking.
