i think so.... Luke has been sued MANY times by people in the biz. i know of one that he setlled... im not sure on the rest.

I'm sure none of it could have been from revealing a legal name...there's nothing illegal about that whether someone is a celebrity, brothel worker, or porn star......umprofessional, perhaps, but not ilegal...
