Something tells me alot of that has to do with...:

A) jumping from one roommate's / agent's / pimp's pad to another.

B) Total lack of credit & understanding of how to budget the lifesize amount of money they make in order to afford the rent on a month-to-month basis.

C) The drugs kick in, which in turn hinder their memory to everyday details.
