cg, if you want to be horrified about the desensitization of the country, how about our now-normal conversations in the highest offices of government about who, when, and how to torture? How about our complete acceptance of an illegal invasion of a sovereign country and the killing of tens of thousand of its civilian citizens?
How about our lack of sensitivity to discovering that our executive branch actively lied to the entire nation to prod us into accepting that war.
On this scale, I would say that, as a "scourge" and threat to our country, this guy and his nasty movies rank far down the list.
