Rarely post, but thought I'd throw my two cents in on this subject.

Porn pays way better and the hours are much less stressful.

I've done a variety of mainstream work, but the biggest was for a big Disney movie (hint: it comes out Memorial Day Weekend), which I did last year. The hours alone were grueling. Call time was 4am and would go into the evening. Though the experience was very cool and interesting (more so from a technical stand point), I have no more delusions. Adult is simply more fun. The sets are laid back, the hours aren't so extreme and the pay rate is good.

Granted I got paid even for driving time (since it was outside LA) and the catering was outstanding, but there are some freedoms adult definitely provides.

luckily I work for some of the best guys in the biz (Joey Silvera and John Leslie) and to me the experiences I've had and learned from them are just as interesting as what I've learned from "mainstream".
