I don't know how many people will stay but I think it will eventually be rebuilt. It is the county seat of Kiowa County and there aren't a whole lot of other choices in that county plus the court house is about the only building besides the grain elevators still in one piece. Similar thing happened in Udall, Ks in 1955. Monster tornado hit at night and left hardly anything standing, in fact the way all the trees were debarked and snapped off in Greensburg is eerily similar to old photos of Udall I've seen. It killed a lot more people too, over 80. That town has been rebuilt and the population is the same or maybe a little larger than it was pre- twister.

There are a lot of non-governmental relief agencies that do a very good job at rebuilding things, in particular the Mennonite Disaster Service. They would probably not be to thrilled to have someone on a porn board giving them props but they really know their shit when it comes to stuff like this.
