Dude, without getting into details, I am THOROUGHLY familiar with the Armenian Community and GLENDALE in particular. Let's just say, if you ever plan on renting out a house or property you own, do NOT oblige Armenian renters. That's all I am gonna say....dont. Armenians may be the last people on earth (besides secular, non-devout Muslims of Arab/Middleeastern decent) who think tobacco is GOOD for you and act accordingly. I used to play chess on Sundays with a bunch of Armenian Businessmen and retirees back in the mid to late 90s when I lived (part of the time) in Glendale (The NICE part, in and around Verdugo and Canada') .... they are POOR losers and I consistently beat them despite their tactic of chain smoking and shrouding the chessboard/battlefield in SMOKE!!!! Hairy fuckers too...



They think they own everything. They walk around with their gold chains, fancy suits, gorilla hair sticking out of their shirts and most annoying thing- starting every sentence with " My friend....." I'm not your motherfucking friend. I don't trust them.

They are shady and deceitful. I cant go anywhere in Hollywood without running into a few of them.

Don't worry Burg. I would never rent out to them. I would rent out to Salvadorans before any Armenian.
