My original post turned out more critical than I had intended when I started it. I just have a low threshold for complaining and felt we'd be better served correcting the problem than wallowing in displeasure. As far as the names I listed that was only in reference to one of the high points for xpt I wasn't calling out any individual or any thing like that. It just seemed to me that the cure for any ill here is regs (myself included) picking up the slack. That is all.
