Yeah I saw that... of course we don't spam, and there is an opt-out for every email sent. I wish this person had contacted me directly so I could find out exactly what was going on, but they don't have an email listed. More often than not, these kind of complaints are user error. Also I don't see how it would be possible for us to get through their spam filter, as they claim. As far as their opinion on our content, as they even said, that's entirely subjective. Oh well, you can't make everyone happy!
