Calderon's bill taxes venues that sell adult material, not the material itself. According to Eugene Volokh of the UCLA School of Law, "this is a tax on adult businesses, not materials and that is an important distinction," as to whether this tax might be considered Constitutional.
Diane Duke, FSC's new Executive Director will also discuss her and Jeffrey Douglas's recent trip to Portugal for ICANN's hearing on whether . XXX would be adopted.
