it seems to me that pot has always been so close to legalization and has been decriminalized in the past because it was pretty harmless, habitual rather than addictive and didn't turn people into maniacal raving monsters like other harder drugs. if this article is true and marijuana continues to get stronger and pose more of a health hazard to its user don't you see the authorities, politicians and anti drug crusaders stepping up the pressure to crack down on marijuana? i think so called "harder/stronger" weed on the face of it seems like a good idea, but in the long run may prove to be a detriment.
