I don't think his case is as clear cut as he does but he could conceivably cause Mikey a wealth of hurt in the form of demanding a complete record of all his emails (Mikey's alleged embellishments of the past lead me to believe his "sources" are often the voices in his head; I tend to divide whatever number he writes as his sources by half, then half again, then one more time if the number is still higher than 2). Mikey's past with regard to Bone would help Bone jump some of the initial hurdles easily regarding malicious intent but still, given the nature of the industry, it would probably amount to more of a SLAPP suit.
