Well, it looks like the feud between Mike South and John T Bone is heating up, with Bone asking on his blog if there are any lawyers interested in taking the case.

He blogs:

"I anticipate nothing but cowardly silence from Mickey Big Mouth and as my future freedom is still uncertain I think it prudent to initiate libel proceedings against him immediately, quite frankly I could use the money.
So to my many readers linking from AdultBizLaw.com and the industry legal community in general, is there a lawyer who would like to take on this suit for me? Payment would be from US funds, of course.
I think the case is pretty straight forward, I expect him to crumble under initial service of a law suit, as his accusations are completely fabricated. So it is just a matter of setting damages, which with the industry under intense scrutiny by the FBI and his scurrilous accusations that I have committed a Federal crime should be quite substantial, coupled with his advice to store owners to remove my product from the shelves which is a clear interference with my right to do business. There does not appear to be any corporate protection on his assets so assuming he has any money it will not be too difficult to strip him of a substantial sum."

I don't think his case is as clear cut as he does but he could conceivably cause Mikey a wealth of hurt in the form of demanding a complete record of all his emails (Mikey's alleged embellishments of the past lead me to believe his "sources" are often the voices in his head; I tend to divide whatever number he writes as his sources by half, then half again, then one more time if the number is still higher than 2). Mikey's past with regard to Bone would help Bone jump some of the initial hurdles easily regarding malicious intent but still, given the nature of the industry, it would probably amount to more of a SLAPP suit.

Since a poster recently mentioned it, I suggest the feud be settled American Gladiators-style, using those large Q Tips to beat the tar out of each other in an A-Team "no one gets hurt" manner.
