Putin Connection

According to Cho's roommate, the psychotic killer was supposed to go on vacation with the Cho family:

So, I figure the potential lawsuits here are:

1. The victims' families vs. Putin - Negligence, and Reckless endangerment - since Putin likely taught Cho some of his KGB spy-killer 007 stuff whilst they looked for sand dollars on the beach. Alternatively, Cho's disappointment in getting snubbed by the Riussian President is what set his plan in motion - same difference.

2. Putin vs. NYT - defamation - c'mon guys, haven't I got enough bad publicity without you linking me to this nutcase?

3. Former roommate Andy Koch vs. Putin and/or Cho family - breach of contract - Koch gave Cho $5.58 for Putin to bring him one of thos ecute nesting dolls, but either Putin kept the money or Cho did.
