A former McDonald’s manager and her boyfriend are charged with lewd conduct with a minor after being accused of both having sexual contact last month with a 15-year-old girl, who also worked at the fast food restaurant.
Ralph Wayne Cripe, 23, and Beth Kaesemeyer, 22, who worked as a manager at an unspecified Treasure Valley McDonanld’s, are in the Ada County Jail on $75,000 and $50,000 bonds. They were arrested by Garden City Police Wednesday night.

Garden City police and Ada County prosecutors say Kaesemeyer and Cripe met the victim at work and befriended her. At some point in October, Kaesemeyer is accused of bringing the girl to a residence, giving her alcohol, and then having sexual contact with her. Cripe is accused of having sexual contact with the girl that same night.

Garden City police confiscated a cell phone and computer in connection with the case. Detectives are investigating a report that Cripe may have used a cell phone to photograph the victim while she was nude, according to court records.

If investigators find those illegal images on the phone or computer, more criminal charges are possible, Ada County Deputy Prosecutor Shelley Armstrong said Thursday.

The charge of lewd conduct is punishable by up to life in prison.

A preliminary hearing on the charges will be scheduled for later this month.

Debra Lafave, a former Florida middle school teacher convicted of having sex with a student, was arrested Tuesday for "inappropriate but non-sexual contact" with a teenage coworker, the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office said.

The association violated the terms of Lafave's probation, which forbade her to have contact with anyone under 18, the sheriff's office said.

She was released on her own recognizance.

Lafave and her mother, Joyce Beasley, had no comment as they left the jail.

"I can only characterize this as somewhat of a bizarre and unusual violation," said Lafave's attorney, John Fitzgibbons.

Lafave, 27, pleaded guilty in November 2005 to having sex with a 14-year-old boy and was sentenced to three years under house arrest and seven years of probation.

Lafave was also required to register as a sex offender and abide by numerous conditions.

She was arrested after corrections officers interviewed a 17-year-old girl, who worked at a restaurant where Lafave had been employed since January 2006, according to the violation report from Florida's Corrections Department
