Ignoring for a moment the subtle, but not insignificant distinction between casualties of war, and the civilian victims of a mass murderer... I hope you're not trying to suggest that the scale of other, perhaps more heinous acts of murder in any way diminishes the tragedy of VT [?]. Yes, more people died in 9/11, Iraq, and in the ovens of Dachau for that matter. But that's cold comfort for the families of those 32 kids who were cut down in the prime of what were promising young lives. I don't mean to be preachy... I'm just sayin'.
