The courts have stated numerous times that Law Enforcement has no mandatory obligation to protect you. The individual citizen is responsible for his or her own safety.

Every firearm manufactured in the world already comes stamped with a unique serial number and pretty much has since the mid 1800's.

You CANNOT buy a guy from a licensed dealer and NOT have it registered.

You're advocating the creation of things that already exist.

Gun Control is not the answer. Since murder is illegal everywhere, why would someone who is unwilling to obey the law against murder be willing to obey a law against getting a gun – which is easy to do illegally.
