Im looking for a little clarity on this issue. I was under the impression that you had to have this exact 2257 compliant form from all "models" in any adult video.(see attachment i had to change it from a .doc to a .txt not sure if its going to look right) but at the last couple shoots ive done theyve had their own "model release" forms, that were written, by themselves or their lawyers or webmaster, etc. They told me all model release forms are 2257 forms, that they are one in the same. If someone could clear this up for me that wold be great. Whos right here?
