What's so shocking? We're not lawyers (R.I.P. smiling arab), and until something comes from what will undoubtedly be a long, drawn out process, there isn't much to discuss.

Kira either makes a heap of scratch or she doesn't. If she does, the resulting snow ball from it will be interesting to watch... some time in 2010.
