What's bizarre is that me and Moxie seem to be the only ones who are seriously interested in it...I'm shocked at how little discussion there has been over it. Luke ran some links quite a while back to some pdfs of the initial filings, but it seems like there's only a handful of people who have taken the time to sit down and read them and get an idea of what's at stake.

Seeing as Moxie has the contacts and access to super-secret legal documents that I can't get, plus the legal knowledge to make sense of them, my advice would be to watch his blog like a hawk, because most of the porn bloggers have yet to cotton on to what this lawsuit could mean if she wins it.
