I try to avoid it these days myself. You're right though, a gram or even a teener is ok, and will make sure you get good and drunk... any more than that and you turn into a fiend by the end of the night.

Lol, I guess having to shit is a good enough reaction to help stay away from the stuff... although I take a more traditional Pavlovian approach, and start salivating when I see it.
