I'm pretty sure Rodney was the first to shoot a scene where the cameraman was the meat puppet in POV form, start of scene to end. No other guys in the scene, in fact no evidence of director, etc.

I'm sure various amateurs had tried it, but Rodney made it work, showing you could get camera angles and lighting. Prior to that it was assumed it just wasn't a real cum shot unless the guy made really stupid faces at the end.
