i recently discovered a Fantastic recipe for Raspberry Lemonade Party Cake... what else to do besides post it for my fellow pervs at xpt? keep that pimp hand strong by telling your wife/girlfriend/hooker to make it for you or ELSE ! oh, and Happy Easter

1c. very hot water
1 box (4 serving size) raspberry-flavored jello mix
1 box white cake mix
1/2 c. frozen lemonade concentrate (thawed)
1/4 c. water
1/3 c. vegetable oil
4 egg whites
1 container (12 0z) whipped vanilla frosting
1 c. cool whip (thawed)

heat oven to 350...spray bottom only of 13 x 9-inch pan with baking spray w/flour. in small bowl, mix hot water and gelatin until completely dissolved.

in large bowl, beat cake mix, 1/4 c. of the jello/water mix, 1/4 c. of the lemonade concentrate, the water, oil, and egg whites with an electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds, then beat on medium speed for two minutes. pour into prepared cake pan. reserve remaining lemonade concentrate and jello mixture.

bake 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. poke hot cake every inch with fork tines. add remaining 1/4 c. lemonade concentrate to the jello mixture; pour this mixture slowly over cake. cool completely, about one hour.

in medium bowl, fold together frosting and cool whip. frost cake. store in refrigerator. yum.
