Jack, every online forum has a personality to it. They are largely designed for the slavering fanboys that want so desperately to cling to the fantasy aspect of the industry that it effects their perspective. This approach sells units, and escort "dates", so of course the performers wanting a sheltered spot to promote themselves prefer it to Here; a place where people aren't kept so rigidly in lockstep with the party line. XPT is undoubtedly a rough & tumble experience for some and there are a number of members that feed off comments made by performers who then find this place too much to swallow (pun intended) but I look at this place a bit differently.

It's a lot like a neighborhood bar here where people will (sometimes loudly) call bullshit when someone tries to sell them a load. You can argue aggressively here and not be silenced by the moderators as you will over there and elsewhere; making it a golden opportunity for those willing to stand up for themselves. Those that can't, or won't stand up for themselves quickly leave in a tantrum; pronouncing how evil everyone is at XPT ("they were mean to me" or "they spread lies about me" being two of the biggest claims).

If someone escorts and is called on the fact, the topic would go away if they simply admitted it and moved on. The only time people seem to spend any time on something is when there is a point of contention or some shithead stirring up a fuss.
