OK. I just can't figure out from AdultFYI article if even the organizers of this event knew why they were organizing it.

I'm also puzzled by the AIM bashing. It sounds like "rent is due, I need cash, I want off quarantine now". Current NIH guidelines appear to me to want negative ELISA tests three to six (3 to 6) months apart before declaring HIV- so AIM is hardly being too conservative.
