Nope. I don't make up lies. I leave that to people who have something to hide.
This week, I have gone out of my way to both tell the truth about the situation AND tell people that I still think that Sasha is amazing.
An honest mistake was made. Both she and I felt HORRIBLE that we didn't make it to Miami. She had almost a thousand dollars worth of merchandise made (her money spent, not EA's) for this trip to sell and giveaway at the Miami show. Is Evil Angel out some money? yea. She offered to pay for that. We thanked her, but said it was OK. We offered to pay Genesis magazine for any promo costs THEY were out, and they also declined.
SHOULD I have lied like most other publicists would have? Maybe, but it's just not something I do.
Oh, and it doesn't matter whether you believe me or not, but I really did want to be in Miami. I only go to a few conventions a year, and it's about the only time I get to see some of my friends like Joanna Angel and Jenna Haze who were there.
