This is just about the oldest trick in the book. I know camera guys who've pulled that stunt at a casting going back 20 years. Standard line was always to say, "So you want to do b/g? Normally I'd have some male talent here, but I tell you what, you suck my dick and I'll shoot some and then send it off to see if you've got the look they want".

i see where you are coming from conky , but if someone did this in any profession they would get sued with a quickness. on a sidenote what are the legality of porn auditions. I mean would nt the girl have grounds to sue, actually shewouldnt as long as a camera is involved and technically it is an audition.
My thing is if you really wanna audition them ethically speaking you should atleast pay them. some guys sell

As long as the "scene" is not released commercially, its not subject to 2257. If it is, then you need to follow all the requirements for an ordinary scene.
As for getting sued, there's a couple of ways to look at it. If you could prove that it were not a legitimate audition. Technically, consent was obtained through deception, and in some states it may be rape. Unlikely or else every babe we lied to at a bar would be comming after us.
Then you get to the whole, is it prostitution issue. If it were a legit audition, I think its likely to be protected as part of the film making process and not considered prostitution.
In a commerical sense, the whore could technically seek restitiution/ quantum meruit-- what her fee for the scene would have been. Again, that's technically speaking and is unlikely to happen realistically.
I look at this a little differently than you Conky. These girls think their pussy is an ATM and pay lots of stuff, from accountants, to photographers, to dare I say, lawyers, in pussy. So it seems to me like picking a piece of fruit off the vine. Not a major deal.
