Understand this, If some of the newbie female talent wouldnt say and do stupid things like say "I didnt know it was NUDE MODELING" or "I dont wanna fuck that guy, he's not my type" or lastly actually look like there enjoying what they are doing on film, then an audition, screener or demo would not be necessary. Now while it not a requirement it does lead us to belive that a person actually "knows what they are doing" in that department. They dont have to "do" anyone outside of their s/o unless they have a preferred partner and naturally we can't release in anywhere unless we get full releases plus IDs. I unfortunately have not seen any of your work, but I take it that you can do your job well. Never the less I take it that you have never seen a persons performance fall below in the sub-par range only never to be heard from again. We are trying to weed out the people who think this type of work is a game...outside of LA people actually have something of a word to live up to. In LA if a girl "flakes" you just call another girl or the agency to get another girl. Its not always that easy everywhere else. PS, we are not an "agency" we are a management service.
