CHATSWORTH, Calif. - Performer-director-producer Shy Love can now add talent agency founder to her resume.

Love told AVN.com that she has started a new talent agency, Adult Talent Managers or ATM.

"I'm a producer, director and talent, so I understand all the aspects of the talent. I can make it easy for them to transition into the adult industry," said Love.

"The website is being built right now," indicated Love. "It should be finished in about a week and it can be found at AdultTalentManagers.com."

Love also introduced two of the agents who will be working with her, Johnny Knox and Tabatha Tucker. "This will not be a one-person operation, and I want the girls to know that they will be booked," Love said.

"I'm going to give the girls something they're not accustomed to," vowed Love. "Over the last four years, I've trained a lot of the girls in the business on how to properly manicure and pedicure themselves, and how to do a scene when things happen 'in the month,' I've trained about 30 girls about how to do anal. I figured I was teaching them anyway, why not start an agency where I can help build these girls' careers?" Love asked.

Love said that she will do more than merely get bookings for her clients. "I want to help these girls. I have a full-time financial advisor out of New York who does investing and the stock market, who will help the girls if they want. I'm providing an accountant to help them with their taxes. I'm putting them in contact with publicists to help with their PR and their marketing."

Sounds more like she's running a school than an agency. Maybe she can award fake Degrees, like the one Sharon Mitchell's got.

Last thing that I heard about about Shy Love was that she was being sued by a disgruntled investor in her production company. I hope that things don't roll the same with with the talent agency.
